WHAT IT IS
The Jefferson Fit cold plunge is a single-unit immersion tank designed for brief cold exposure after training or on recovery days.
Cold water immersion is commonly used to support muscle recovery, circulation, and mental clarity. Sessions are short, intentional, and member-directed.

Cold plunge sessions can be reserved through the Jefferson Fit app, based on availability.
Booking through the app allows members to plan recovery time around their workout.
Two cold plunge tubs are available at our new location, helping reduce wait times during peak hours.
