Sunset Run/Walk
Join us for an inclusive run club experience open to everyone—no membership required! Whether you prefer to walk or run, we'll stretch together before and after as we make our way over the bridge at sunset. For those seeking an extra boost, take advantage of the optional cold plunge to refresh and recover. Plus, we’ll incorporate some breathwork to help you stay centered and energized throughout the run. A perfect way to get moving, enjoy the sunset, and connect with others!
Movement
Move better, feel better, and get stronger—no experience required. This all-levels class blends mobility to help you move with ease, flexibility to increase your range of motion, strength to build a solid, resilient base, and skill development to learn new patterns and progressions. You’ll see inspiring advanced demos (think handstands and bar work), but every movement comes with clear modifications and progressions so you can train at your pace and grow week by week. Butts & Guts
Fire up your mid-week with Butts & Guts—your dedicated glute + core session. Expect focused, form-driven sets that build strength and shape through the glutes while toning legs, hips, back, and every layer of your abs. We’ll use a mix of bodyweight, bands, and dumbbells (with low-impact options) to improve posture, power, and stability—so you feel strong, supported, and sculpted from the waist down.
