Group Class Reservation Policy
Online registration for group fitness classes closes 30 minutes before class start time for afternoon and evening classes, and 60 minutes before start time for morning classes. If you’re looking to join last minute, members may call the front desk to check availability and request a same-day reservation when space allows.

Our Classes
Women on Weights
Build strength, confidence, and muscle tone in this women-focused weight training class. You’ll learn proper lifting form while moving through compound lifts, isolation exercises, and functional strength work. Designed for all experience levels, this class helps you get stronger in a supportive, motivating environment.
Run / Walk Club
Lace up and move with the Jefferson Fit community in this outdoor, community-paced run or walk. Each session begins with a guided dynamic warm-up before heading outside for a self-paced 5K route. Open to members and non-members. This class will resume in March.
Butts & Guts
A focused strength class targeting glutes, legs, and core. Expect a mix of resistance training and functional movements designed to build lower-body strength, improve core stability, and boost endurance. All levels welcome, with options to modify or level up.
Full Body Circuit
A structured, full-body circuit class using timed stations. Each workout blends strength, cardio, and core training in an efficient, easy-to-follow format. Designed to challenge your body while staying accessible for all fitness levels.
Gentle Yoga
A slower-paced yoga class focused on flexibility, mobility, and relaxation. Gentle Yoga uses mindful movement and guided breathing to release tension and support recovery. Ideal for beginners, active recovery days, or anyone looking to reset.
Mobility & Strength
A balanced class combining strength training with mobility and flexibility work. This class supports joint health, improves movement quality, and builds functional strength. Suitable for all levels and great for anyone looking to move better and feel stronger.
Power Vinyasa Yoga
A strong, flowing yoga practice that builds heat, strength, and focus. Power Vinyasa combines fluid transitions, strength-based poses, and intentional breathwork to improve flexibility, endurance, and balance. Options are provided for all levels.
Strength & Conditioning
A full-body training session designed to build strength, improve endurance, and increase power. This class blends resistance training, conditioning circuits, and athletic movements to challenge your body in a motivating, supportive setting.
Full Body Burn
A high-energy total-body workout combining strength training, cardio intervals, and core work. Expect a balanced session that builds lean muscle, boosts endurance, and keeps your heart rate up from start to finish.
Mat Pilates
A low-impact, core-focused class using controlled movements and mindful breathing. Mat Pilates strengthens deep stabilizing muscles, improves posture, and enhances flexibility and body awareness. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Tabata Time
A fast-paced, high-intensity interval class using the Tabata format (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest). This full-body workout builds strength, improves conditioning, and maximizes effort in a short amount of time.
Buti Yoga
A music-driven, somatic workout that blends yoga, functional movement, primal movement, and short bursts of cardio. Half-Hour Hustle
A fast-paced, full-body workout designed to deliver results in just 30 minutes. This high-energy class combines strength training, cardio, and functional movement to boost endurance, improve fitness, and keep you moving efficiently. Ideal for busy schedules and lunchtime workouts, with scalable options for all levels.
Form & Technique
A fundamentals-focused strength class centered on proper movement patterns and lifting technique. Form & Technique helps you build confidence with exercises, improve efficiency, and reduce injury risk by slowing things down and focusing on quality over speed. Great for beginners and experienced members looking to refine their form.

• Inside the Jefferson Fit member app when browsing the class schedule and selecting a class to book. Each class listing includes a short overview explaining the workout style, focus, and experience level.

If you would like help choosing your first class, our team will also walk you through the available options during your member onboarding session.
How do I know if a group class is right for me?

When new members join Jefferson Fit, they receive a guided onboarding session where our team introduces the class schedule and explains the purpose of each class.
Members also have the opportunity to check in with a trainer if they would like assistance choosing the best class for their first visit. Trainers can recommend classes based on your goals, fitness level, and training preferences.
Most Jefferson Fit classes are scalable, meaning instructors provide modifications so both beginners and experienced members can participate comfortably.
How do I know if there is space in a class?

Class availability can be viewed directly through the Jefferson Fit member app, which is set up during your onboarding session. The app shows the class schedule along with the number of available spots remaining in each class.
Because class sizes are intentionally limited to maintain a high-quality training experience, we recommend reserving your spot in advance whenever possible.
What does booking a class involve?

Booking a class at Jefferson Fit is simple.
Complete your onboarding session when you become a member.
Set up the Jefferson Fit member app with assistance from our team.
Browse the class schedule and class descriptions inside the app.
Reserve your spot in any available class.
If your plans change, you can cancel your reservation directly in the app before the class begins, allowing another member or guest to take that spot.
What happens if I book a class and do not cancel?

Because class spots are limited and many sessions are also available to non-members, we ask members to cancel their reservation if they cannot attend.
If a member books a class but does not attend and does not cancel, a $10 no-show fee will be applied to their account. This policy helps ensure that class spots remain available for other members and guests who want to participate.
