Membership Sales Specialist

Part-time • Approx. 25 hrs/week (peak hours)We’re expanding into our brand-new 12,000 sq. ft. facility at 1800 2nd St, Sarasota and looking for a motivated, people-driven Membership Sales Specialist to help grow our fitness community!

As a Membership Sales Specialist, you’ll connect with guests, guide them through our fitness and recovery offerings, and help them find the perfect fit for their goals. If you’re energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome potential members and build genuine relationships

  • Host tours, explain membership options, and match guests with services

  • Follow up with leads from events, social media, and walk-ins

  • Help promote fitness, recovery, and personal training programs

Schedule:

 Base pay + up to $30 per membership sold, plus bonus opportunities

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Status: Part-time to Full-time (flexible; weekend rotation) • Location: On-site
Summary: Deliver recovery-focused bodywork (sports/deep tissue) that complements training. Provide thoughtful intake and rebooking guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • 50/80-minute sessions; recovery-oriented modalities

  • Client intake, SOAP notes, post-session recommendations

  • Maintain room readiness, sanitation, and product inventory

  • Coordinate with training/recovery teams on member goals

Requirements

  • Active Florida LMT license + liability insurance

Proficiency in sports/therapeutic techniques; cupping/scraping a plus

Certified Pilates Instructor (Private Sessions)

Title: Certified Pilates Instructor – Private Sessions
Location: Jefferson Fit, Downtown Sarasota, FL
Position: Part-time / Contract

Jefferson Fit is growing, and we’re looking for a certified Pilates instructor to offer one-on-one private sessions in our new downtown facility. You’ll work with motivated clients who care about strength, mobility, and long-term health.

Key Responsibilites

  • Provide private Pilates sessions for Jefferson Fit members and clients

  • Assess clients’ needs and create clear, goal-focused programs

  • Teach safe, effective movement with clear verbal and physical cues

  • Track client progress and adjust programming over time

  • Communicate with the Jefferson Fit team about scheduling and member needs

  • Help keep the Pilates space tidy, organized, and ready for use

Requirements:

  • Current Pilates certification from a recognized program (mat and/or apparatus)

  • Experience working with a range of ages and fitness levels

  • Comfortable working with beginners, returning exercisers, and active adults

  • Professional, reliable, and on time

  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset

  • Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Proof of professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

IV Therapy Nurse (RN/LPN) — Per Diem/Part-Time


 Status: Per Diem/Part-Time (evenings/weekends blocks) • Location: On-site
Summary: Administer safe, protocol-driven IV infusions to support recovery and performance in a wellness setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vitals, IV starts, infusion monitoring, post-care instructions

  • Strict adherence to medical protocols and documentation

  • Inventory control and prep of IV supplies

  • Collaborate with training/recovery staff for appropriate referrals

Requirements

  • Active Florida RN or LPN license (good standing)

  • Proven venipuncture/IV start proficiency; wellness/urgent care experience preferred

  • Calm, professional bedside manner; uncompromising on safety

Front Desk & Member Experience Specialist

Status: Part-time/Full-time (mix of mornings/evenings/weekends) • Location: On-site
Summary: Be the first impression and day-to-day problem solver. Support check-ins, scheduling, payments, and conversions from trials to members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet/check-in members; schedule classes/sessions; process payments

  • Know current offers; assist with trials and first-time bookings

  • Keep reception and common areas tidy; assist across departments

  • Answer phones/DMs; escalate member issues appropriately

Requirements

  • Hospitality or fitness front-of-house experience

  • Clear, friendly communicator; fast systems learner

  • Comfortable during peak traffic; team-first attitude

Smoothie Bar Team Member (Fuel Bar)

Status: Part-time (mornings + post-work rush) • Location: On-site
Summary: Prepare smoothies/bowls quickly and consistently while delivering friendly service and smart add-on recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make drinks/foods to spec; manage prep and rotation

  • Maintain a clean, safe, health-code–compliant bar

  • Operate POS accurately; manage rush periods efficiently

  • Suggest goal-aligned add-ons (protein, creatine, greens)

Requirements

  • Food-service or café experience; food handler cert preferred

  • Speed + accuracy; upbeat guest interaction

  • Reliability and attention to cleanliness/safety
