HaloRed Salt + Red Light Therapy at Jefferson Fit
A quiet, guided recovery experience that combines dry salt therapy with red light exposure to support breathing, relaxation, and recovery.
WHAT IT IS
The HaloRed booth at Jefferson Fit combines dry salt therapy and red light therapy in a private, seated environment.
Dry salt therapy disperses microscopic salt particles into the air, which are inhaled naturally while you relax. Red light therapy uses low-level wavelengths of light directed at the body to support cellular recovery and circulation.
Sessions are passive, quiet, and designed to complement training and recovery.
