Jefferson Fit offers two sauna options so members can choose the heat experience that best fits their recovery needs and comfort level.

Both options are commonly used after workouts or as part of a recovery-focused visit.

DRY SAUNA

Relax and recover in our traditional dry sauna. Heat therapy supports muscle recovery, improves circulation, promotes detoxification through sweating, and helps reduce stress.

Session details

  • Sessions are scheduled in 30-minute durations

  • Ideal after workouts or as a stand-alone recovery session

What to know before you go

  • Wear comfortable athletic clothing or use a towel

  • Closed-toe shoes are not required inside the sauna

  • Bring a towel to sit on at all times

  • Stay hydrated before and after your session

  • Relax and recover in our traditional dry sauna. Heat therapy supports muscle recovery, improves circulation, promotes detoxification through sweating, and helps reduce stress.

  • Exit immediately if you feel light-headed or unwell.

INFRARED SAUNA

Sunlighten mPulse Infrared Sauna at Jefferson Fit

Relax, detox, and recharge in our Sunlighten Infrared Sauna. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air, infrared saunas use light to gently warm the body, supporting recovery and relaxation without extreme temperatures.

Infrared heat penetrates more deeply than dry heat, allowing for efficient sweating and restorative benefits in a more comfortable environment.

  • Please arrive on time to enjoy the full session

    Hydration before and after your session is strongly recommended.

BOOKING & ACCESS

Dry sauna and infrared sauna sessions can be reserved through the Jefferson Fit app, based on availability.

Many members pair sauna sessions with Cold Plunge, Hyperice, or HaloRed for a complete recovery experience.
